The ongoing bi-weekly membership requires a 30-day written cancellation notice — just let us know and your membership ends after that window. Prepaid memberships (6-month and annual) are non-refundable after purchase, but are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee if you attend at least 8 classes and aren't satisfied.

Life happens. Make-up classes are easy to schedule — just let us know and we'll find a time that works. Your membership never penalizes you for missing.
