What ages do you teach?

We offer programs for ages 3 through adult. Mini Tigers (3-4), Tigers (5-6), Beginners (ages 8 through Adult), and Adult Fitboxing.

Does my child need prior experience?

Not at all. Most students start with zero experience. Our instructors meet every student where they are and guide them through structured progression at their own pace.

Can I switch class times?

Absolutely. We offer flexible scheduling with make-ups built in. If something comes up, just pick a different class that week — no hassle.

What should my child wear to the first class?

Comfortable athletic clothing for the first visit. Just wear comfortable clothes you can move in.

Is there a long-term contract?
